Accommodation and Tenancy

Assistance with Accommodation & Tenancy Obligations is aimed at assisting people with disability with their accommodation.

This involves finding one that is appropriate for their needs and is affordable and safe.

Our service provides one-on-one assistance, helping you explore accommodation options to achieve your housing goals.

This may also include applying for a rental tenancy or undertaking tenancy obligations as deemed necessary. Meanwhile, if you have need for temporary accommodation, we have an SIL house available for tenancy in Mt Barker.

Working for Help2homes has been amazing! the staff are so kind and caring and always look out for you no matter what. I have been with them for around 4-5 months (unsure to be honest) but I have loved every single second. I enjoy working with my clients and helping them out in day to day life. Even though some days it can be challenging the staff are always there to help me if I need them.

Tash is great. She does a good job of cleaning and provides good conversation when needed.
