Support coordination is a service we provide to participants, helping them identify and connect to other support providers and specialists, funded through the NDIS.
We help to coordinate and organise funded support and help you make the best use of your NDIS plan and pursue and achieve your goals.
We’re here to answer any questions you might have and provide any additional guidance you may need about your NDIS plan, but the choice and control over how you use your funding to reach your goals still stays in your hands.
For a participant, this service includes:
Eliminating confusion and communicating effectively with your providers
Support implementing and getting the most out of your NDIS plan
